Happy Easter from the Lunchbox World Team!

Happy Easter everyone!
Hope you've had a lovely day and enjoyed the glorious weather we have been having in the UK on this Easter Sunday.

Do let us know if you've used any of the Easter recipes or lunch box and picnic ideas from the Lunchbox World recipe section. We love to hear from you, so we know which ones you like, or not.

The brood had an exciting morning with the traditional Easter Egg hunt, in the front and back garden! Yes! We were all out, bright and early whilst the dew was still glistening on the leaves, and flower buds, shining in the morning sun.
The Easter Bunny had come, and no, none appeared to have been stolen by the magpies, as in previous years! (The coloured foil in pieces is the usual sign with no egg inside).

Tuna, Granny and I knuckled down and decorated the Easter Egg cookies late yesterday afternoon.  These then dried overnight, ready for tying with ribbons and tags this morning, to then give away to Aunties and Uncles at lunch today.  As promised, the Easter Egg cookies we baked up :

and of course the crispy crackolate nests!!

So, how did you spend your day?

Thanks for stopping by!
